“ There are no menus, you have to go to the register to order. No problem with doing that, we just didn't know, and no one told us when we came in. The food was great and they give you a generous portion. My food was incorrect, but it was quickly made correct. There are only fountain drinks and a bottle of juice/lemonade that sells for $7. The owner came in, she greeted everyone, and made sure that everything was okay….. even down to the temperature of the restaurant. I will definitely visit again. ”

The vibe was nice music on point, My purchase was the $50 black box Food was good big portion, overall bestie and I had a great time 3hr drive was well worth it. Not only that I order another box extra sauce for the road. FYI the plate does not close so that let's you know how much food you're getting ”
“ I got the Black Box + the 6pc garlic oysters. I truly believe that the food is well worth the money that you pay, I mean the Black Box was loaded to capacity & needed a rubber band to keep the box closed! The lobster tail was cooked tender just how I like it & everything was seasoned perfectly and flavorful without being too salty. My only complaints are that the potatoes included in the box needed to be cooked a little longer & that you cannot substitute the veggies (I have a corn allergy & simply had to go without it because substitutions are not allowed). Overall, the food was a 100000/10 & I will definitely be returning! ”
“ Definitely recommend Britt Brats Garlic Crabs! Never had garlic crabs like this before and also the crab rice was freaking delicious. All the seafood was cooked just right and not overcooked. The service was phenomenal and all the ladies that helped us were really sweet. Will definitely be back to try the other stuff they offer. They also sell the garlic butter sauce that has to be refrigerated for $15. I will definitely be getting some to keep at home next time. ”
“ I wanted to try Britt Bratt Garlic Crabs for the first time so I drove in the rain on Tuesday and it took about 45 minutes. There was no line and the wait was not bad. I ordered the Black Box and Catfish with red rice. The Black Box was well worth the money and did not disappoint. The lobster was very tender. However, the potatoes could have cooked a little longer. The garlic sauce is good, but more is needed to dip the seafood. I did intend to order an extra sauce or two but I thought that was enough. Also, they gave me Whiting fish w/bones instead of Catfish and the red rice was kinda hard. The cashier did asked the cooks in the back if they had catfish when I placed my order. Next time I will definitely check my box upon leaving. Thank you! ”
“ The inside was clean and the customer service was good. The young lady at the front and young man with dreads was professional and had good manners. Most places in Charleston aren't like this !! I was pleased with my experience after diving an hour away . My box was pile up with seafood and it was hot. Also everything tasted real good. Thank yall ! I will return ! ”
“ I stopped in on Saturday for a lunch date with my family. After we drove an hour and half to get there. We walked in and the atmosphere was a vibe from the door. The space it nicely decorated and they have music playing on low not too loud and I loved that. We got in line and we were kind of unsure what we wanted by the time it was our turn to order. The lady was very patient though as I am sure most people aren't ready when they come in to order. We placed our order and waited maybe ten minutes for our food to come out. We dined in! Our food came out and baby we went to drooling because the food looked good! When we started eating though the food was a little cold. That was a little disappointing, nevertheless we kept eating. Overall the food was great! Just wish it would have been a little hotter. We have to go back soon though because my husband wanted the oysters but they didn't have any because someone went out to pick them up. This is a must try if you haven't tired them yet. ”
